We are delighted to announce our results from the latest Principles for Responsible Investment (“PRI”)  assessment. Our strong scores across key modules reaffirm our commitment to responsible investing. 

Why PRI Scores Matter:

As a globally recognised benchmark for responsible investing, the PRI scores demonstrate the importance of integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors across all facets of our investment processes. Strong scores increase our credibility with investors, stakeholders, and regulators, enabling us to attract capital, while remaining accountable to our sustainability commitments.

Our Vision for The Future:

While these results are positive, they also challenge us to aim higher.

Where we didn’t achieve full marks, we’ll identify areas for improvement, ensuring we not only maintain but enhance our standards in the years to come. Robustness in data collection will be a key factor in this as the industry moves rapidly towards greater levels of assurance.

The PRI is the world’s leading proponent of responsible investment. It works to achieve a sustainable global financial system by encouraging the adoption of six principles and collaboration on their implementation. It focuses on fostering good governance, integrity and accountability and by addressing obstacles to a sustainable financial system that lie within market practices, structures and regulation.

As a signatory to the PRI since 2013, FwDiscovery is required to submit an annual assessment that grades the business’ performance. Therefore, all investment activities must factor in, and remain true to, the following six principles:

1. FwDiscovery will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes
2. FwDiscovery will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into its ownership policies and practices
3. FwDiscovery will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which it invests
4. FwDiscovery will promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry
5. FwDiscovery will work together to enhance its effectiveness in implementing the Principles
6. FwDiscovery will each report on its activities and progress towards implementing the Principle
